We offer a maintenance and support contract for the Aquifer software. This contract can be purchased for 20% per annum of the software purchase price and contains the following components:
- Two named representatives from the client company can call the Aquifer team as often as necessary to discuss implementation strategy, ask general software-use questions, and address other types of user-related issues and comments.
- Clients under the maintenance and support contract are also eligible to receive any software upgrades during the coverage period for no additional charge.
Full details concerning the maintenance and support contract are part of the Aquifer software license agreement and are available upon request. |
